Established on April 21, 2004, Xuancheng Zhiwen Handicraft Co., Ltd is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the research, development and production of aromatherapy candles.

With over 20 years of in-depth industry experience, we hold 11 patents for aromatherapy candle production equipment. We utilize both semi-automatic and fully automatic filling systems, and maintain separate filling and packaging areas to ensure efficient, stable, and standardized production.

  • 1.Vessel Preparation

    ·Inspect and clean jars (glass/ceramic/metal).

    ·Attach wick with high-temp adhesive.

    ·Keep wick centered with wick holders.

  • 2.Wax Melting & Formulation

    ·Accurately weigh and melt the wax following the formula.

    ·Control temperature, viscosity & stirring speed.

    ·Ensure a clean, homogeneous wax blend.

  • 3.Fragrance Incorporation

    ·Cool the wax to the suitable temperature for fragrance addition.

    ·Add fragrance oil at the specified ratio.

    ·Stir thoroughly to ensure uniform mixing and prevent separation.

  • 4.Multi-Stage Pouring

    ·Perform the pour and allow to cool naturally.

    ·Conduct second or third top-up pours to compensate for shrinkage.

    ·Ensure complete solidification with no sinkholes or surface depressions.

  • 5.Finishing & Inspection

    ·Trim wick to 5–7 mm.

    ·Clean jar rim & surface.

    ·Inspect surface smoothness and defects.

  • 6.Labeling & Packaging

    ·Apply main labels, bottom labels & warnings.

    ·Pack into gift box/color box.

    ·Conduct vibration check before cartoning.

  • 7.Cartoning & Shipping

    ·Sort by SKU with dividers & cushioning.

    ·Seal cartons and palletize.

    ·Prepare for container loading & shipment.

Quality inspection process
  • 01. Detection of Candle Color

    We perform precise color inspection for each batch, using both visual assessment and colorimeter measurements to guarantee consistent, accurate color matching with your approved standards, ensuring every candle meets your aesthetic requirements.

  • 02. Candle Melting Point Detection

    Ensure that the candle does not release oil under high temperatures.

  • 03. Candle Pilot Test

    Check the burning performance and aroma diffusion performance of the candle, and ensure that the burning time meets the requirements.

  • 04. Quality Inspection of Finished Candles

    Inspect each item's appearance, inner packaging box, outer box marking, and other key elements to ensure that product quality and labelling information comply with the customer's order.
