With over 20 years of deep industry experience, we hold 11 patents for aromatherapy candle production equipment. We utilize both semi-automatic and fully automatic filling equipment, and have separate filling and packaging areas to ensure efficient, stable, and standardized production.

production process
  • 1.Vessel Preparation

    ·Inspect and clean jars (glass/ceramic/metal).

    ·Attach wick with high-temp adhesive.

    ·Keep wick centered with wick holders.

  • 2.Wax Melting & Formulation

    ·Weigh and melt wax according to formula.

    ·Control temperature, viscosity & stirring speed.

    ·Ensure a clean, homogeneous wax blend.

  • 3.Fragrance Incorporation

    ·Cool wax to fragrance-adding temperature.

    ·Add fragrance oil at required ratio.

    ·Stir thoroughly to avoid separation.

  • 4.Multi-Stage Pouring

    ·First pour & natural cooling.

    ·Second/third top-up pour based on shrinkage.

    · Ensure full solidification without sink holes.

  • 5.Finishing & Inspection

    ·Trim wick to 5–7 mm.

    ·Clean jar rim & surface.

    ·Inspect surface smoothness and defects.

  • 6.Labeling & Packaging

    ·Apply main labels, bottom labels & warnings.

    ·Pack into gift box/color box.

    ·Conduct vibration check before cartoning.

  • 7.Cartoning & Shipping

    ·Sort by SKU with dividers & cushioning.

    ·Seal cartons and palletize.

    ·Prepare for container loading & shipment.

    Detection of candle color.

  • 02. Candle Melting Point Detection

    Ensure that the candle does not release oil under high temperatures.

  • 03. Candle Pilot Test

    Check the burning performance and aroma diffusion performance of the candle, and ensure that the burning time meets the requirements.

  • 04. Quality Inspection of Finished candles

    Inspect each item's appearance, inner packaging box, outer box marking, and other key elements to ensure that product quality and labeling information comply with the customer's order.
